Submitting a prescription order or refill request through our Site does not establish a pharmacist-patient relationship until a licensed pharmacist at RX Box Pharmacy reviews and accepts your order. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Eligibility

Facility portal accounts may only be created by authorized representatives of licensed healthcare facilities.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Facility portal accounts are subject to approval by RX Box Pharmacy and may be revoked at any time.

Prescription Services

Our online prescription and refill services are subject to the following conditions:

Valid Prescriptions Required

All prescription orders must be accompanied by a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. Submitting fraudulent or altered prescriptions is a criminal offense.

Pharmacist Review

All orders are subject to review and verification by a licensed pharmacist. We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be verified or that raises safety concerns.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate patient information, insurance details, and medication information. Errors may result in delays or inability to fill your prescription.

No Guarantee of Availability

Submission of an order does not guarantee that the medication is in stock or that the order will be filled. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Prohibited Uses

Limitation of Liability
